Job Purpose:

  • To generate sales leads, achieve fixed monthly/annual sales revenue targets set by the Sales Manager / Supervisor and maximize revenues using various sales channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.



·         Assigned Geographical territory, customer types, of UAE and /OR Foreign land territories

·         Annual Sales Revenue Volume: AED: 6.0 Million  ~ 10.0 Million.


Principal Accountabilities:

1.    Specialist Sales Promotion to End User Fleets/ Dealers or Govt. Entities

2.    Achieves the “WHOLE SALE” sales fixed target set by the Sales Manager/ Supervisor periodically, to achieve the team / department objectives. 

3.    Co-ordinates for the technical / after sales services extended to the customers under his purview to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.    Prepares and generates the Daily Sales Report to the Concerned Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager for analysis and further review.

5.    Ensures timely collection of due payments, Post dated cheques and any other instrument of credit, as approved by the Company, from the wholesale customers, to secure the department cash flow.

6.    Ensures  the collection of monthly statements of account, duly acknowledged by the customers, as per the Department procedure.

7.    Complies with the department sales/ Credit policies and procedures, ensuring effective execution of sales orders for wholesales customers.

8.    Ensures Enumeration, analysis and reporting of data related to Market intelligence on Competitor schemes and activities to adopt appropriate inter- counter strategies.

9.       Understands the required marketing activities, executes such activities as per the instruction of the Sales Manager / Supervisor/ Department Head on a timely manner to formulate an effective marketing strategy for the department.

10.    Act as Specialist Sales Promoter for End User Fleet / Dealer or Government Sales as per Sales Manager / Supervisor instructions.



Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university.
  • A professional Specialisation / Diploma in Marketing or Sales preferred.


  • Minimum of 4 ~ 5 Years of Total Outdoor Sales Experience.
  • Sales experience with exposure to local market.


  • UAE/GCC Driving Licence is a must.

Language and IT Skills:

  • Bilingual, Spoken and Written high proficiency (English is a must).
  • Good IT literacy


  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good product-related basic technical knowledge.
