 Job Purpose:
Perform all Administrative related jobs for Fujairah branch (including Governmental jobs)
Contribute to the legally and financially sound status of all employees and companies under JAM group/related companies in Fujairah Emirate

Job Description:
1.       Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities (Labour, immigration, Police Station, Airport, Municipality, Economic Dept and Embassies etc.) on all rules to keep HCD PR Section of the changes in the rules and procedures.
2.       Conduct daily and periodic reconciliation of transactions’ fees with the related party
3.       Arrange accommodation (FUJ) for JAM Group Employees and supervising related works (i.e. follow all maintenance works, conduct inspection, arrange bedding material) – Under the direct supervision and management of Housing Manager
4.       Process rentals, payment of utilities/maintenance, real-estate and lands related licenses and governmental transactions– Under the direct supervision and management of Al Majid Properties
5.       Cover the full responsibilities of other Admin Officer employee in Ras Al Khaimah when necessary
6.       Attend all emergency cases related to business unit and ensures all issues solve on time.
7.       Minimize penalties & complications’ issues with Government by being proactive, continuous follow-ups and documents’ verification.
8.       Process Trade & Professional Licenses: new registration / Renewal / Cancellation / Modifications / Freezing – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division.
9.       Process Bounced CHQ & Register criminal cases in police stations – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
10.   Oversees and assist in the Mailing activities’ services (In/Out)
11. Maintain consistent follow – ups with all concern parties in order to have smooth process Perform on-time all employees’ related government transactions (MOHRE, Immigrations Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, and Economic Dept etc.)
