 Principal Accountabilities

·      Answer and transfer all incoming and outgoing calls for maintenance and repair requests.

·      Take and covey relevant call messages during absences.

·      Transmit promptly maintenance calls to relevant technician.

·      Dispatch breakdown calls to technicians based on priority needs.

·      Identify and document repetitive breakdowns.

·      Register all site interventions (arrival time, departure time, malfunction code).

·      Record and file all maintenance and repair service forms.

·      Contact two customers per month for customer feedback survey completion.
