JOB Description 

1. Handles all workmen's compensation cases and all related documents and forwards the same to the Unit Head for final approval to ensure compliance with medical terms and conditions. 

2. Organize and dispatch all the approved cases to the concerned insurance company to ensure proper documentation processing.

3. Follow up with the concerned departments on treatment status and informs the insurance company to settle pending claims.

4. Coordindates with employees, hospitals and insurance companies to faciliate employee entitlements/claims approvals and arranges for all necessary processes for the treatment / settlement.

5.Coordiantes and process with the concerned medical insurance providers to issues and distribute jam staff and dependents medical insurance cards.

6.Provides assistance and guides Employees and their dependents on insurance coverage terms of how, where and when to use the insurnace card.
