Principal Accountabilities

1.       The job holder prepares invoice for all received material either by Goods Receipt-Invoice or Goods. Receipt Delivery Note after physically checking the quality of all materials.

2.       issues material as requested by Engineers and Foreman and creates material issue voucher in the form of issue-Non chargeable & Material issue Chargeable post approval by Engineers and Foreman.

3.       Controls the material issued and compares it with the balance material in the store.

4.       Ensures issuing of material on the joining date of the Technician and returning the tools from the technician while exiting the company.

5.       Obtains quotes from different scrap dealers an checks and compares different prices and sell the scrap at the best obtained price after obtaining approval from the Manager on the price.

6.       Effective Vendor Management.

7.       Coordinates with Service Engineer for issuance of material. Ensures issuance within 24 hours timeline.

8.       Checks manually the available stock on a regular basis to confirm the availability of ali materials & place an order if necessary.

9.       Checks the quality and quantity of all ordered incoming materials and reject all faulty materials.

10.   Collaborates in the process of Annual Stock taking for each fiscal year.

Minimum Requirement

·         Higher secondary school + 1 year certificate or diploma.

·         3 to4 years of experience comprehensively as a Store Keeper.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage)

·         Computer Knowledge and well-versed in MS package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·         Diploma in Quality & Vendor Management would be an added advantage.

·         Highly developed competence with strong negotiation skills.
