Principal Accountabilities

1.      Carry out frequent visits to the potential contractor, consultant, and customers and to update their files
with the latest company profile, literature, standards and specifications.

2.      Provide all necessary information and document to interested clients.

3.      Qualify the company with the customers/consultants and contractors.

4.      Setup the company sales strategy in-light of the company needs and in coordination with management.

5.      Follow up the Enquiry and quoting process.

6.      Follow up the offers been submitted with the concerned parties.

7.      Gather information about our competitor prices, strategies, job secured etc. to allow for better

8.      Plan, target and follow up of special projects.

9.      When the job is secured, follow up the letter of intent and the draft sub-contract agreement, review,
comment, and
amend in line with the company policy and the directive of the company management.

10.  Upon the finalization of the subcontract agreement and or the receipt of the letter of intent, the sales
manager to collect the tender document (specification, B.O.Q, contract drawing and the main
contractor CPM).

11.  Approve the job advice complete with the contract document and relevant estimation records to
Engineering Dept., Installation Dept., and Production Dept.

12.  Perform all his assigned responsibilities per the company\'s ISO 9001-2000 Quality System

Minimum Requirement


  • Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Engineering /Architecture)
  • 5 Years In Marking and Sales
  • 3 Years in similar industry.
