Principal Accountabilities

1)      Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations

2)      Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

3)      Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national, and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign.

4)      Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;

5)      Writing and proofreading copy.

6)      Liaising with designers and printers.

7)      Organizing photo shoots.

8)      Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.

9)      Maintaining and updating customer databases and ensuring customer satisfaction.

10)  Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.

11)  Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.

12)  Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.

13)  Managing budgets and business development plan.

14)  Evaluating marketing campaigns.

15)  Monitoring competitor activity and provide competitor data.

16)  Creating market mix, SWOT and PEST analysis, follow up the competitive market from time to time, market plan and market segmentation.

17)  To ensure and maintain the company standards through media relations.

18)  Market segmentation for all AMP Projects area (both existing and upcoming) on a quarterly basis within the U.A.E and to share the vision and strategies with the Business Unit Heads

19)  To work towards developing the brand name of the company as well as the marketing strategies of the company for the new projects in line with the company‘s vision and objectives

20)  Perform other duties and assignments as needed by the Management

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree, with minimum of 5 years Marketing experience in Real Estate field (digital marketing)
  • Computer literate, good excel skills, power point, email correspondence skills essential
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Matured and pleasing personality with fluency in Arabic and English language/s and good inter personal skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • U.A.E driving license and owns a car.
