 Principal Accountabilities

1.       Manage and maintain CPO calendar, arranging meetings and scheduling appointments.

2.       Receive, review and distribute incoming correspondences including faxes and email.

3.       File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Review, verify, and maintain general filing system.

4.       Attend and record Minutes of Meetings, drafting and preparing correspondences.

5.       Organize and maintaining supplies of office stationery and equipment for the CPO

6.       Acts as liaison between CPO and other BU heads, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments of CPO and following up on the status of assignments with other SBU (Al Majid Property, Al Maarifa, Jood Palace Hotel and overseas entities  

7.       Making reports, presentations, organizational charts

8.       Organize office operations & procedures

9.       Book and dispatch couriers, letters

10.   Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.

11.   Prepares travel arrangements itineraries.

12.   Performs any other related work as assigned.


Minimum Requirement

·         Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university, preferable finance background

·         Must have a minimum of 5  years of secretarial experience and the ability to interact with all levels of employees

·         Professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience preferred.

·         Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality required.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

·         Strong reporting experience.

·         Time management and multi-tasking abilities.

·         Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical.

Additional Requirements

  • Arabic Nationality, age group (above 25 & below 40)
  • Having a driving license with own vehicle & currently residing in Dubai or willing to reside/work in Dubai
