Al Arabia for Elevators & Moving Systems Receives Certificates for Sustainability Efforts

Al Arabia for Elevators & Moving Systems is proud to announce the receipt of two prestigious certificates recognizing its commitment to sustainability. The first, from Union Paper Mills, acknowledges the collection of 110 kg of recyclable paper waste. The second, from Renie, celebrates the company’s impactful plastic recycling efforts as part of a broader environmental initiative.

Launched in Q1 2024, the Plastic Recycling Campaign and subsequent Paper Recycling Campaign in Q3 2024 demonstrate Al Arabia’s dedication to sustainable development. These initiatives aim to minimize environmental harm by addressing critical issues such as plastic pollution and excessive landfill waste. By recycling paper and plastic, the company actively reduces carbon emissions, conserves energy, and protects biodiversity.

The sustainability drive features convenient collection points, including bins for plastic bottles and paper waste strategically placed throughout Al Arabia’s offices and facilities. Partnering with Union Paper Mills and Renie ensures that the collected materials are responsibly processed, reducing the company’s environmental footprint and supporting global efforts toward sustainability.
