Al Arabia For Safety & Security L.L.C right on schedule for the completion of large-scale landmark project

Al Arabia’s scope involves the supply, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the all-new EST4 – the premier Integrated Fire Detection, Voice Evacuation & Fire Fighter Telephone System from EDWARDS Systems Technology across Dubai CommerCity’s assets: 6 Buildings in the Business Cluster, 64 Warehouses in the Logistics Cluster, Social Cluster Building, Customs Building, and a Central Utility Centre (CUC).  This project was awarded to Al Arabia For Safety & Security L.L.C in a bidding process that involved many Fire and Safety contractors, and it marked the first major installation of this new and advanced technology of the EDWARDS EST4 system in the world outside of the USA.  The EDWARDS EST4 features a whole new network architecture which makes fire alarm, mass notification, and building integration easy to implement, quick to service, and secure.

The first two milestones that have already been completed in the first half of year 2021 involved the setting up the new EDWARDS EST4 system in the Customs Building, Social Cluster, Business Building, and several warehouses in the Logistics Cluster.

The development project for Dubai CommerCity is being run by two state-owned enterprises – M/s. DAFZA and M/s. WASL.  Al-Arabia will be providing DAFZA with an adequate civil defense certification duly attested by the Dubai Civil Defense along with a 2-year warranty period post-delivery.
