Group’s Succession Development Program Elevates Talent and Fills Critical Positions

Group Human Capital Division proudly announces a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to talent development and growth. On October 6th, 2023, the Group celebrated the successful outcomes of its highly effective Succession Development Program, underscoring the company’s dedication to nurturing exceptional talent within its ranks.

The Succession Development Program has proven to be a pivotal force in shaping the organization’s future. This initiative empowers dedicated successors, recognizing the uniqueness of the individual’s development journey. Out of a total of 104 successors, 20 have already successfully completed their development journey, and the Group anticipates all successors reaching this milestone by the third quarter of 2024.

At the heart of this program is a commitment to prepare successors through a series of challenging and transformative activities, including crafting comprehensive business plans, tackling complex projects, and receiving specialized training.

Successful participants earn a coveted place in the Talent Pool, a vital component of the group’s internal promotions strategy. Currently, four critical positions have been filled from this Talent Pool, underscoring the program’s effectiveness in identifying and nurturing top talent within the organization.

Al Arabia for Safety & Security:

• Mohd Jehad Abdul Karim Abdul Bari: From Senior Maintenance Engineer to Projects Manager.
• Haja Navsardeen Sahabudeen: From Maintenance Engineer to Project Manager.
Al Majid Motors / KIA UAE:
• Muthafer Awad: From National Fleet Sales Manager to Business Development Manager.
Al Arabia for Elevators & Moving Systems:
• Walid Ghazi R. Odeh: From Senior Sales Engineer to Associate Sales Manager.
