Juma Al Majid Holding Group Celebrates Emiratization Milestone in 2024

Group Human Capital Division is thrilled to announce the accomplishment of our Emiratization target for the year 2023. The combined efforts of our entire organization and Emiratization Committee have resulted in the successful recruitment of 46 talented Emiratis, bringing our total Emirati workforce to 123 across all Business Units.
As we step into 2024, our commitment to achieve the allocated target (53) by the government remains challenging, however, together we can and will surely surpass it.
